The Story of Wicked

We all know the classic story of The Wizard of Oz when Dorothy famously triumphed over The Wicked Witch of the West but do we know everything? We only heard one side of the story after all! Based on the novel by Gregory Maguire, Wicked imagines a beguiling backstory and future possibilities to the lives of L. Frank Baum’s beloved characters from ‘The Wonderful Wizard of Oz’, revealing the decisions and events that shape the destinies of two unlikely university friends on their journey to becoming Glinda The Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.

The Music of Wicked

With music and lyrics by the incredible Stephen Schwartz (writer of Godspell), this unforgettable musical transports audiences to a stunningly re-imagined world of Oz, providing marvels beyond the imagination… Wicked features some of the most memorable songs in musical theatre, such as "Defying Gravity", "The Wizard and I", "Popular", "For Good" and "No Good Deed".
