The new 25th anniversary production of Les Misérables has been an incredible hit with audiences who have been packing out theatres all over the world. Set in 19th-century France, “Les Miz” tells an incredible story of broken dreams and broken hearts, of dedication, suffering, atonement and redemption.
The musical is based on the classic novel by Victor Hugo and follows the fate of an ex-convict, Jean Valjean who, after breaking parole, is hunted for decades by the cruel and ferocious policeman, Javert. When Valjean offers to look after the young daughter of a factory worker their lives become entwined and are irreversibly changed.
This world famous production is currently performed at the Queens Theatre, London and features all the crowd favourites including I Dreamed a Dream, Bring Him Home, One Day More and On My Own. This iconic show continues to break box office records and remains one of the hottest tickets in town.
‘Les Misérables is a rousing, shamelessly entertaining evening of tuneful and spectacular popular theatre’ – The Guardian
